The symbol of bonding - logo
Ever since its inception in 2001, Bandhan has been committed to further its goal of socio-economic advancement in the lives of the less privileged. In all that Bandhan does, the attempt is to enable the beneficiaries realise their true potential and level up their lives and that of their families. This is what the new visual identity of Bandhan aims to establish.
The outer ring represents the beneficiaries of the various development programmes that Bandhan runs. The colours green, yellow, orange and red represent how Bandhan enables them to realise their true potential. These come together to represent the flame that has been Bandhan’s identity all these years. The second ring represents the larger impact Bandhan has on the community. As the beneficiaries improve their lives, they, in turn, have been able to transform the lives of their families and the community.
The innermost circle has two motifs—a palm and a leaf. The palm represents Bandhan’s donors and people, who extend support to the beneficiaries and their journey of transformation. The leaf is a symbol of sustainability, which is the cornerstone of Bandhan’s identity.
Our tagline signifies our exuberant task in realising the true potential of children. The Bandhan School strives to reach every remote household to ignite the light of knowledge and wisdom.
